The HHS A1 + Slender Bundle pairs two HHS-branded products from Turkey: two 30-capsule bottles of HHS A1 L-Carnitine Lepidium and one 60-sachet box of HHS Slender Mixed Herbal Tea (Karışık Bitki Çayı). Both items are produced by HHS in Turkey at a registered manufacturing facility, and the bundle is presented in a single retail pack containing the three units together.

Each HHS A1 capsule is a vegetarian-shell capsule containing L-Carnitine — an amino acid naturally synthesised in the human body from lysine and methionine and naturally present in red meat and fish — together with Lepidium meyenii root extract, a root vegetable of the Brassicaceae family native to the high-altitude Andes plateau of Peru, dried and milled into a fine root powder. Two 30-capsule bottles are included, for a 60-capsule combined supply. The HHS Slender tea is a mixed herbal infusion containing rosemary, green tea leaf, thyme, and yerba mate, packed in 60 individual filter sachets (Süzen Poşet) for cup-by-cup brewing.
