Vandy Vape Pulse BF Squonk Box Mod Overview

Tony B.’s intention with this project was to make a squonk device that was both affordable and accessible to people all across the vaping community. The minimalistic Vandy Vape Pulse BF Squonk Box Mod is an unregulated squonking device that offers no additional safety features. As such, it’s advised that only experienced vapers that have a solid understanding of unregulated devices and electricity should use the Pulse BF Squonk Box. Compatible with squonker-ready RDA’s, the user should be well-educated on rebuildable components as well as battery safety in order to ensure the best vaping experience possible. The 77mm x 55mm x 27mm chassis is composed of heat-resistant ABS Nylon (high-quality 3D printing material) that makes for an extremely lightweight device. The mod consists of a rectangular skeleton and two large magnetic panels. These panels are notched and fitted for a secure hold and are equipped with several small magnets that’ve been installed along the trim. The simple frame showcases a stylish Pulse logo, a curved design for a comfortable grip, and a large firing button. Without removing the panels, you can clearly see the Food-Grade Silicon Gel Squonk Bottle and its massive 8mL e-juice capacity. The Silicon material makes it easy to see exactly how much e-juice remains in the reservoir and is remarkably soft to the touch. This is where the BF, or Bottom Feeder, mechanism comes in. This mechanism allows you to saturate the cotton wick inside your RDA without having to remove any part of the tank or mod—effectively eliminating the need to carry around an extra bottle of e-liquid. Taking the panels off, the inner-workings of the mod are revealed in a straightforward, yet powerful layout. Behind the firing button is a locking switch that allows you to physically disable the power that travels from the battery to the atomizer. Running down from the switch is a single piece of Copper that provides a smooth supply of electricity from a single 20700 battery (Batteries Not Included). Vandy Vape includes an 18650 adaptor sleeve that also consists of a Copper plate at the base that features two small venting holes. The +/- polarities are clearly labeled on both panels, as well as the interior of the frame. The Pulse Squonk Mod has a spring loaded 510 connection that is supported by PEEK insulation. All in all, Tony B. has accomplished his mission of providing a solid, affordable, and on-the-go squonk mod to the vape community for everyone’s all-day-squonking pleasure.
