Tad Dameron (1917-1965), one of America's leading jazz composers/musiciansTad Dameron (1917-1965), a leading jazz composer/musician, recorded a collection of songs, including three first recordings, all with lyrics on this ambitious work, Gary Smailian, a baritone saxophonist active in New York City, has decided to record all of his compositions with lyrics to introduce the entirety of Tad Dameron (1917-1965), one of America's leading jazz composers and musicians. Vocals were provided by the young talent Anais Reno. Three of the songs, including the beautiful "This Night Of Stars," were recorded for the first time.
