"Guardian" by Michelle BallouMichelle Ballou "Guardian" Location: Bellingham, WA USA Technique: drypoint Print Number: 1666 I made this print while thinking about the condition of our oceans. I originally made a collage with a woman's body in a diaphanous blue gown and with a head made from an image of a large eye of a green sea turtle. I thought of her as an eel grass goddess.
