Black Scat Books: A Bibliography 2012-2018 is an illustrated reference work cataloguing the first six years of Black Scat Books, the San Francisco Bay Area press run by Norman Conquest. Grace Murray compiled it as sole author. The bibliography tracks more than a hundred titles the press issued across that span, in 'Pataphysics, Dada, Oulipian writing, asemic writing, visual poetry, satire, and absurdist fiction. It is the closest thing in print to a working map of what one corner of the American small-press avant-garde was doing in those years.
