There is a reason why the rockabilly revivalists and new wavers brought Bolo Ties back…because they are rich in history and amazingly beautiful! This specific piece was hand crafted in the 1970’s with a white and dark brown braided rope-like fabric cord, decorative brass aiguillettes metal tips on the end, and an ornamental blue lace agate clasp / slide. Blue Lace Agate is a variety of banded Chalcedony, a mineral of the Quartz family. It is beautifully banded giving in layers of predominantly light blue, striped with brighter blues, whites, and even gray threads of color. It is unisex, adjustable to fit most, and can be worn dressed up or down.

Condition:

Good vintage condition with age appropriate amounts of wear. The slider works smoothly but the leather is lightly worn in some areas.
