WHAT'S A YONI EGG?

A Yoni Egg is an egg-shaped stone used as a weight resistance for vaginal strengthening, toning and healing. Used traditionally in ancient China over 5000 years ago, yoni eggs have gained popularity in recent years as a form of Kegel weight training to help women and vagina-owners connect with their pelvic floor muscles and enhance natural lubrication and libido.

When inserted deep inside the vagina for approximately 30 minutes a day, women can notice a dramatic improvement in their pelvic floor health, bladder control and overall internal sensation and orgasmic potential. Here's a helpful blog to learn more about how to use your Yoni Egg. 

A yoni egg can be used passively or actively. A passive practice may consist of inserting the egg in and going about your day, knowing that the pelvic floor is engaged to hold the egg in place. An active practice may consist of inserting the yoni egg and engaging in a dedicated pelvic floor Kegel practice incorporating in specific contractions around the yoni egg. 

MEASUREMENTS

All Yoni Pleasure Palace yoni eggs are available in three sizes and as either a non-drilled egg or with a drilled hole at the top to tie string through, so you can easily retrieve the egg. 

• Small size: Circ. 80mm x W 25mm x H 38mm - weighs 36 grams (recommended for users who have never previously inserted anything inside the vagina).
• Medium size: Circ. 95mm x W 30mm x H 43mm - weighs 55 grams (recommended for all users and beginners).
• Large size: Circ. 110mm x W 35mm x H 50mm - weighs 85 grams (recommended for users who have a weaker pelvic floor or have had more than two vaginal births).
• Trio kit - Set of three (small, medium and large) yoni eggs in our black branded Yoni Pleasure Palace satin-lined storage box.
