Tasting Notes: The nose is thick and dense with sorghum and honey graham sweetness  but don’t let it fool you… it packs a punch. Rich brown sugar and baked apples are aplenty.

Oh… that palate is going to be dangerous. Mouth coating and viscous but drinking no where near its 142 proof, this thing is full of dark cherry syrup, caramel sauce, and oak. Lots of tingling spices on the rear of the tongue, this thing hugs you like leaving grandma’s house.

The finish is long and chewy with toasted vanilla, singed citrus peel, lots of dried fruit, and lingering charred oak.
