Do I need a press or special tools to install this?

Ball joint press is recommended for removal of the worn arm and installation of the new one. If you don't have the tool, most independent shops will press it in for under $100. Basic socket set and jack handles the rest.

Will this fix my wandering steering or clunky suspension?

If your play is coming from a bad upper ball joint, this swap will tighten things up immediately. If the issue is wear elsewhere (lower arm, tie rods, wheel bearings), you'll need to address those separately to get back to tight steering.

Does this come with new ball joint seals or grease fittings?

Ball joints arrive pre-assembled and sealed. No separate hardware needed beyond what your existing setup uses. If your truck has zerk fittings for grease, they're included on the new arm.
