Riv-Nail Multi-Driver Tool Kit MRNAT-36-MDA1 is the complete multi-rivet driver kit for high-volume Riv-Nail belt splicing. Sized for 36-inch belt widths with a 1/4" (6.4 mm) gauge rod compatible with the R-2 through R-6 fastener series.

What is included in the kit: One application tool body, two rivet guide blocks, two RNMDP-5 multi-rivet drivers (drive 5 rivets per blow), two RNMH-4 4-pound hammers with 14-inch fiberglass handles, one BG-96 belt and rivet gauge, one SL-8 silicone spray lubricant, and one tote bag.

Why the multi-driver: Driving 5 rivets per blow versus one cuts installation time dramatically. The 4-pound hammer delivers enough force in a single controlled strike to set all five rivets simultaneously. Typical installation reduces from 30-60 minutes (single driver) to under 15 minutes for production-line splicing.

Belt-width sizing: The MRNAT body sized to 36" matches belt widths up to 36 inches. The two-guide-block design lets crews preset rivet positions across the splice, drive one section, and re-position for the next without losing alignment.

Compatible fastener series: Use with all MATO Riv-Nail fastener strips in the R-2 through R-6 range. Stainless and Durgard versions of the same sizes use the same tool kit. The gauge rod controls splice positioning so all rivets clinch at the same depth.
