Nest U-shaped flasks feature an updated design which improves on the classic tissue culture flask. The rounded shoulders of the flask increase usable growth area while also making it easier to reach all surfaces with a cell scraper. 

U-shaped flasks also feature a wider mouth which allows them to be used with 50mL serological pipettes and makes them compatible with Nest aseptic transfer system accessories. Aseptic transfer systems ease the labor needed to passage cell lines while also reducing the risk of contamination.
