The reloading die is single point cut finish with an extremely smooth sizing bore at 60 Rockwell hardness.  A hard, smooth sizing surface that is consistent in sizing, especially head-spacing is of the utmost importance when reloading precision. 

Drop-In Mandrel Expander Shaft

The .30-06 sizing die includes a Swiss-machined drop-in 30-06 mandrel shaft, heat treated to approximately 50 Rockwell for durability. The mandrel expander shaft ensures consistent case mouth expansion for repeatable bullet seating.

The internal threads accept:

• A Mighty Armory decapping pin, or
• A protective pointer that shields threads and helps guide the case into the die

The mandrel shaft seats concentrically inside the die bore with three points of contact, providing consistent alignment throughout the sizing stroke and secure lockup with the cap.

The Gold Match .30-06 sizing die resizes and decaps in a single operation for efficient case prep. The one-and-done sizing of your 30-06 brass will be effortless and will easily decap and resize over a million cycles. Adjust the die in your press by turning it up or down to easily set shoulder bump from zero to -.005.
