This flagship stability trainer has been updated with an all-new 4D Guidance System™, providing adaptive stability that adjusts to changes in pronation throughout your run. This stability system works by utilizing an integrated design that works with your body’s movement instead of against it.

The Kayano 30 also added additional cushioning underfoot with the 4mm stack height increase featuring FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO midsole foam. This foam cushioning is incredibly lightweight and is made with around 20% bio-based content. The fun doesn’t stop there though, new PureGEL™ technology has been strategically placed beneath the heel for a softer, smoother experience.

Asics wanted you to feel comfortable as soon as you slip this shoe on so they incorporated an OrthoLite™ X-55 sockliner inside. This sockliner adds more softness as soon as you step in with the slightest bit of rebound as you toe off.
