Dos Tierras means Two Lands, reflecting the South American sources of the two fibres found in this ultra-soft yarn. By spinning together 50% fine Uruguayan Merino wool with 50% baby alpaca from Peru, Malabrigo has created a DK weight yarn that is as versatile as it is beautiful.

We suggest buying enough in the same dyelot batch to complete your project as skeins may vary from bag to bag hence the separate dyelot listings. To ensure random color distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball.
