How does it carry them: The Xpress 2 is a hanging rack and supports the bikes by the frame, either under the top tube or using the down tube/head tube intersection at the front, or the set tube/seat stay intersection at the rear of the frame. The frame is attached to the carrier with soft rubber straps and rotatable frame cups and then a strap is wrapped around the bikes to hold them from swaying.

How much weight can it carry: The Xpress 2 is rated to carry up to 30kg.

E-Bike rated: No, the maximum weight of any individual bike is 15kg.

How does it mount to the car: The Xpress 2 uses a tow ball clamp integrated into the folding mechanism that clamps tight on the tow ball when the carrier is unfolded and locked into position.

Does it tilt or swing to gain access to the vehicle: Once the Xpress is fitted to the tow ball, it is fixed and does not tilt but it's very quick to remove from the vehicle and then replace again os it's just as easy to take it off once your bikes are unloaded.

What size bikes (wheelbase) can it carry: As a hanging rack, it can accommodate any bike wheelbase

What is the max tyre size: Hanging racks are not limited by tyre size

Does it fold up for storage: Does it ever! The Xpress is only 14cm wide and 72cm tall when folded.

Does it include a lock: It does not include a lock but a simple cable lock would make it easy to lock the bikes to your tow bar.
